The boys in no pressure are not putting any pressure on themselves on this record. They are here to create a fun and light pop punk record and do that quite well. Now are they trying to make some new music that will take pop punk to another level here? No,  not really. However, they are making some fun and easy songs to get excited. Most of the tracks have a dent in high energy fun to them that are easy to digest. You got those fast and tight punk drums, groovy basslines, clear and easy-to-sing along vocals, and riffs that keep things fun and light. At times the band gives off a bit of blink vibes in how the tuning of the guitars sounds, like on the song “Both Sides." Now the simple style they are plying here is good, but at times the drums and riffs can get repetitive and generic, sounding like they are plying the same songs over and over, like on “too far” and “hand to hand." They are good pop punk songs but feel a little lackluster when compared to other songs on this record. The boys had no pressure to create a body of work that would blow you away; they simply just wanted to make some fun songs that are fun to play.
