God's Hate - God's Hate Review

God’s Hate is here for one reason and one reason only: to bring pure, unrelenting violence back into hardcore—and let’s be honest, they are the undisputed champions at it. From the moment you press play, this album grabs you by the throat and refuses to let go, delivering a 40-minute assault of sheer brutality that feels as relentless as it is exhilarating.

One of the standout aspects of this album is its atmosphere. The band masterfully uses sound clips to shape the mood of each track, weaving them seamlessly into the chaos to create a cinematic level of intensity. These moments add depth and cohesion, making the entire album feel like a fully realized experience rather than just a collection of songs.

Sonically, God’s Hate pulls no punches. The drumming is nothing short of explosive, with snappy snares, crushing cymbal crashes, and machine-gun double kicks designed to ignite pure mosh madness. The band takes it a step further by employing three guitars, a rarity in hardcore, which results in a colossal wall of sound—every riff hitting like a wrecking ball, every breakdown feeling like the earth is splitting open beneath you. The bass is deep, rich, and punishing, giving the music a weight and presence that you can physically feel in your chest.

Then come the vocals—terrifying, commanding, and downright savage. They sound like a war cry from the depths of some primal, rage-fueled void, injecting each track with an intimidating presence that makes you feel like you’re in the middle of a riot. The backing vocals are just as essential, blending gang chants and cleaner shouted passages that add layers of depth and make each song feel massive and anthemic.

Beyond the raw aggression, what makes this album so effective is its sense of pacing. Every song is structured with intention, keeping the energy high without ever becoming monotonous. There are no low points, filler tracks, or forgettable moments—just one crushing, pit-starting anthem after another. God’s Hate had a clear vision for this record, and they executed it flawlessly, proving to the world exactly what the 818 Valley is capable of.

If you’re looking for the most violent, bone-breaking hardcore release in recent memory, God’s Hate just set the new standard. This album isn’t just music—it’s a battle cry.
