The band velocity is living up to its name by coming in fast but hitting a few bumbs along the road. I will say that its a fun demo to listen to, and I think seeing them live would be great. However, I think there were a lot of little mistakes in wither the playing of the songs or the production of the demo. The guitars are the greatest strength of this band when they are riffing. Some transitions aren't the smoothest, and they are quite noticeable. The bass doesn't really seem to do much until the latter half of the demo. You dont really realize the bass is there until it gets a solo. The drums are really low in the mix, but I'm wondering if that was on purpose to achieve that unique sound of youth of today. The vocalist has a very unique voice and a lot of passion. However, it feels like she is off-beat with the band and sometimes weird or not flowing with the song very well. The production is a bit rough and feels dated, but I think it might have been an artistic choice to do that. I definitely see potential from this new music band. It's a demo, and most demos are never the best, but lets say I will be interested to hear the next piece of work they put out.
