The atatomy of Saigan Terror is this: incredibly tight drumming, ripping riffs, thumping bass, a good mix of hardcore and death metal playing, and sadly unrecognizable vocals. Lets start with the biggest issue with this release, and thats the recording of the vocals. Im sure the vocalist has some intense and baddas vocals, but for some reason the production team forgot to turn his vocals up. Everything on this album sounds great—drums, bass, and guitars—but for some reason you can barely hear the vocals. Not just the main vocals, the backing vocals as well. In one of the early songs, “Uncle Murder,"  everything sounds damn near perfect, but the vocals are almost impossible to hear. On the side of perfect, the drumming is okay; this release is so tight and groovy and has some of the tightest and most tasteful drum fills I've ever heard. The drummer really puts his own style on this record, for sure. The guitars sound so clean and crisp, it's like he is in the room with you as you listen. The riffs range from heavy hardcore-like riffs to groovy death metal that helps keep your body moving with excitement. The bass is mixed in so well that you can bear it on every track perfectly. I don't understand how the rest of the members sound so good, but the vocals just sound like dog water. The best track on here is called “Kaosbringer,"  because there are no vocals, so you can hear how great the other members are mixed and how hard they rip. The songs all have a good flow and dope sound of different genres being blended together. I will say at times though the songs do sound a bit similar at times and so it can feel a bit redundant at times, but not that often. Great band with great style, just really poor production choices.
