Diazable review: Sydney hardcore band Spped bistering debut album on Flatspot Records that delivers relentless speed and raw energy. Dive into their unique sound now!

SPEED REALLY HAS ONLY ONE MODE, AND THAT IS TO BE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO, AND THAT MAKES BANGING ASS HARDCORE MUSIC. THE DEBUT FROM ONE OF THE BIGGEST HARDCORE BANDS IN THE PAST DECADE HAD A LOT ON THEIR SHOULDERS, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO DELIVER A BEAUTIFUL AND HEAVY ALBUM THAT WILL UNITE OLD AND NEW HARDCORE FANS. THEIR SIGNATURE HIGH-FLYING GUITAR SOUND IS INNOVATIVE BUT ALSO RESPECTS OLD-SCHOOL HARDCORE FANS. BIG, DYNAMIC, AND TASTEFUL DRUMMING. BASS PLAYING THAT IS SO SILKY BUT SO HEAVY. VOCALS, GANG VOCALS, BACKING VOCALS, AND GUEST VOCALS THAT BRING THAT RAW AND UNSTOPPABLE ENERGY THAT IS KNOWN IN HARDCORE. THEY EVEN INCORPORATE UNORTHODOX INSTRUMENTS INTO THE SOUND OF HARDCORE, LIKE FLUTES, AND RECORD SCRATCHES TO HELP REJUVENATE THE SCENE. EACH MEMBER OF THE BAND SOUNDS PERFECTLY MIXED ON THIS ALBUM. THEY KNOW WHEN TO PULL BACK THE GUITARS TO LET THE VOCALS DO THEIR THING OR LET THE BASS HAVE A NICE SOLO THAT HELPS TIE PARTS OF THE SONGS TOGETHER NICELY. THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT BECAUSE THEY WANT THE SAME THING, AND THAT IS TO FUCK SHIT UP IN THE PIT. THIS ALBUM IS ALL ABOUT THROWING DOWN IN THE PIT, AND THEY MAKE SURE YOU ARE READY BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW TO BUILD UP EACH SONG TO MAKE YOU IGNORANT IN THE BEST WAY.
