Suddenly, the tracks had better pacing and direction. The song structures tightened up, and the production quality noticeably improved, sounding much sharper and more cohesive. The tracks felt more dynamic, with a refreshing variety that helped lift the album.

The main vocalist, whose lyrics were already insightful from the start, truly began to shine during this midsection. Her performance became much more powerful and confident, injecting each song with a sense of experience and maturity. Her lyrics were consistently thought-provoking, diving into themes of personal identity, self-perception, and how the world views you—deep and relatable topics that resonate well in the punk genre. By the latter half of the album, her delivery had evolved, showing a significant leap in skill and emotional depth.

The instrumentals also underwent a noticeable transformation. The riffs, once basic and repetitive, became much more stylish and refined. The drumming, which had started off feeling basic and uninspired, suddenly had more punch, grit, and raw energy. It was clear that the band had found their rhythm—everything just clicked. The bass, too, became more prominent and fully realized, adding a solid foundation to the tracks that was previously missing. The album began to pick up steam, and it felt like they were hitting their stride.

While there were still moments where the riffs or drums felt a bit off or clunky, this “imperfection” seemed to add to the album’s overall punk vibe. It was raw, gritty, and full of energy—exactly what you expect from a punk band, imperfections and all. These moments didn’t detract from the overall experience; rather, they enhanced it, giving the album a sense of authenticity and a burst of chaotic energy.

By the end of the album, Destiny Bond had truly found their groove. They went from an uncertain and rough start to a confident and powerful finish, showcasing a raw intensity that feels earned. The band may have taken a while to hit their stride, but once they did, they absolutely nailed it. The album leaves you with a sense of vengeance and purpose, proving that sometimes the best moments come after you’ve worked through the rough patches.
